Lupinus spp/Angustifolia
FLOWER-LUPIN MIX – Two excellent strains of strong growing lupins which bear long spikes of large strongly colored flowers in mostly blues, purples and pink. These Lupins are a clump-forming perennial that produces stout, erect & hairy stems to 1 meter tall with showy, colorful pea-flowers in summer.

Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, use peat or coir pots summer. Lupins work equally well direct sown in early spring. If starting indoors, stratify seeds by chipping or soaking in water for 24 hours prior to sowing. Sow shallowly & maintain a coolish soil temperature of 12-18°C. Keep moist but not wet.
