Add to anything you want to spice up. Although small in size the jalapeno pepper packs a nutritional punch, with notable amounts of two important vitamins, vitamin C & vitamin E. When dried they are known as chipotle chillies. Jalapeño chillies are related to the paprika & are native to Mexico.
